• Location: Lower abdomen (below the navel)

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

• Color: Yellow
• Location: Upper abdomen (between navel and ribcage)

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

• Color: Indigo
• Location: Between the eyebrows
